Tbh, had a really really nice stay for 1 night. Everything was perfect, ideal location really close to the Metro, incredibly hospitable staff. The hotel was located in the center of the city. There were good choice of restaurants to eat, like Fulvimari Loreto that was only 5 minutes' walk away...

My room had not so nice view.

With the Basilica di Santa Maria Maggiore just a few steps away and the Pantheon a scenic stroll of almost 2 km, it was so easy to explore the city's iconic sights.

Difficult to spot entrance due to minimal signage!!! Shower door in room 202 uncomfortably narrow!!! Room size a bit cramped for comfort, lacking adequate storage space!!!

Comfortable Stay with Room for Improvement

We enjoyed our four-night stay. The room offered a cozy atmosphere, but could really use a comfy chair. While the location was perfect for exploring, the bathroom had some water stains and a leaky shower door. A little shelf for toiletries would make a big difference.

I was quite upset with the lack of communication from management. I had an issue with the digital lock not working, which left me stranded outside my apartment for a while. It was annoying to wait for staff to let me in, especially since no instructions were provided beforehand.
